About Me

Janelle V Jackson is a native of Long Island. She first became interested in a career in Massage Therapy while working at Alta Ski Resort located in Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah. She befriended a Massage Therapist who worked in the spa at the same ski lodge after getting what was quite literally a "life-altering" massage session.
 

The feeling of having someone using skilled hands and unwavering attention to address the needs of her tension and discomfort was overwhelmingly soothing. She knew that she wanted to be able to take that soothing feeling and share it with those who were also in search of comfort and nurturing. 
 

It is this experience that inspired Janelle to enroll at New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, NY where she received her degree of Associate of Occupational Studies - Massage Therapy in August of 2021

In addition to Therapeutic Bodywork Janelle also offers Energy Work as a certified Reiki Master Teacher.
