Massage combines oil or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Reiki is traditionally a Japanese modality based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health.

Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it can indicate that your life force has become unbalanced. Reiki works directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system.

Our intention is directly linked to the quantum field and when we focus this intention on harmonizing ourselves right down to our tiniest elements, we see effects on the whole being.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Reiki I - In this level of training you will be introduced to the foundations of Reiki and its guiding principles. Upon completion of this level of training you will be attuned to perform self treatments as well as share Reiki with others. 
 

Reiki II  - In this level of Reiki you will be introduced to the Reiki symbols associated with the concepts of power, mental/emotional awareness, and space/time. Attunement to these symbols allow for a deeper connection to the Reiki energy on the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual planes. Upon completion of this level of training you be able to perform distance or remote healings. Prerequisite: Reiki I 
 

Reiki Master Teacher - In this level of training you will learn and be introduced to the Reiki Master symbols. These symbols are associated with the concepts of enlightenment, alignment with higher-self and connection to the divine or unknown. Upon completion of this level of training you will be able to perform attunements to allow for others to use Reiki on themselves or to share with others. Prerequisites: Reiki I & II
